The air conditioning struggled to effectively cool the room with two smaller units operating loudly, which detracted from the comfort. The light from outside the window could have used blackout curtains to improve the sleeping conditions. Lastly, the breakfast consisted mostly of cold options, which may not meet everyone's expectations for a bed and breakfast.

First of all, I can't believe my room was right by the reception desk, so much for privacy. And, a big towel was all I got-definitely not acceptable for over $300 a night! I also expected a proper breakfast, not this cold food nonsense. I almost wanted to give a good review but just couldn't.

It is a beautiful old and quaint property located in Downtown Key West district just next door to the center of the bars and shops and the tourist area. Make sure you stay in the a double room with a kingsize bed. The rate is US$ 308, satisfied.

The location is good and with private parking.

the only downside was the light peeking in the window. but the large bed was super cozy, and the staff was always friendly! really enjoyed the breakfast with local flavors. plus, the location was perfect for exploring!

Charming atmosphere with a perfect location

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Duvall Street and the Hemingway House. The breakfast offered a good buffet with a great atmosphere in the backyard surrounded by trees. I loved the homey feel and the opportunity to interact with other guests. The air conditioning was quite loud and a bit overpowering at times.

The personnel is extremely friendly and helpful. the setting is particularly good, short walk to a quiet residential area, the center of the bars, and shops, peaceful area.

The rooms feature a comfortable king-size bed, the staff is very helpful, and the location is conveniently within walking distance to the historic seaport.

The rooms are pretty quiet and come with a big comfy king-size bed, making for a good night's sleep. 🛏️ the location is also super convenient as you can easily access everything in the old town. Plus, they serve up fresh slices of bread and fruit for breakfast, which is a nice touch.
